- PLEASE get real. I have in my PC a card that actually _is_ a flickerfixer,
- and also contains a complete TV tuner with on screen display and all that
- nonsense. It takes in 15kHz signals and outputs 31 kHz signals.

- Yes, it is sold as a TV card, as the PC doesn't need a flickerfixer, but
- it still is essentially that.
